To pay for classes by Credit Card use the secure PayPal link from the registration page. You do not need a PayPal account, any major credit card should work. If you experience problems call us and we will process your payment over the phone. We will accept your company checks or swipe your card at the class.

This is the application for the FASA and/or BASA ID Cards and needs original signatures.
Submit one form for each student applying for a new or renewal FASA/BASA card.
Scan the form as and save as a PDF or JPG file then email them to training@floridaalarmschool.org

FDLE CRIMINAL HISTORY REQUEST
The FDLE has updated its procedures for background checks. For NEW AGENT certifications you will need fingerprints. Prints are now be done by Live Scan. There are several providers of Live Scan services. You pay the Live Scan provider the FDLE fee and the charge for scanning the prints. They will electronically submit the prints to the FDLE.
You will need to request an ORI number from the FDLE, it tells them where to send the results. To get the results you give the Live Scan provider your ORI# when prints are scanned then, after processing the prints the FDLE sends the results directly to your License holder or HR office via a secure email account.
